Returns Policy for LISSSOPHO PTY LTD, Trading as CC’s Wardrobe.

At CC’s Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines our commitment to providing a hassle-free and fair returns process in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer you a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on intimate items such as underwear, hosiery, or intimate accessories due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.
2.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately or within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery. We will gladly offer you a refund, exchange, or repair, in accordance with your preference and our obligations under the ACL.
2.3 Process for Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@ccswardrobe.com.au to inform them of your intention to return or exchange the item.
Step 2: Our customer support team will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Step 3: Package the item securely, along with a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation, and clearly mark the RAN on the package.
Step 4: Send the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs will be borne by you, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
Step 5: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Our gift cards are redeemable for merchandise sold on the CC's Wardrobe Online Store.
Gift cards have no expiration date.
Gift cards can be purchased through the CC's Wardrobe Online Store.
The minimum initial value for a gift card is $20 AUD, and the maximum value is $1000 AUD.
Gift cards can not be reloaded.
Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of lost or stolen cards.
Gift cards cannot be used for purchasing other gift cards.
If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be paid using other accepted payment methods.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to obtain cash advances.
Gift cards are non-transferable, and the cardholder must be the one using the card for purchases.
Our gift cards have no expiration date, and we do not charge any maintenance or service fees.
Our gift card policy complies with all relevant Australian laws and regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Gift Card Code of Practice.
